Amazing staff

The place is very nice, smells great, and the staff are wonderful, but I'm going to make a criticism, perhaps constructive, the cleanliness of the room is terrible, the floor is super dirty when I arrived, there were spider webs as soon as I arrived, I was bitten, but I'm fine, and the next day I went out for coffee and when I came back he said he had gone there to clean the floor, because he took the face towel, the floor where I comb my hair had hair there, I own a small cleaning company, and I can see the dirt from a long way away, the sockets, the baseboards are super dirty, anyway I thank you and apologize
