We stayed once on Friday, June 20th, and again on June 24th. On the 20th, when we arrived, we were informed that the only elevator in the building was out of order, and the only available rooms were on the third floor. My partner has had knee replacements, and managing the stairs was difficult. No discount, no refunds, nothing. We were promised a first floor room for Tuesday, the 24th. On our Tuesday arrival, we were given a first floor room, but the A/C wasn't working properly. The room was muggy. Not inclined to stay here again.

"Dirty and smelly. "

Our room was filthy and was the worst smelling hotel room I have ever stayed in. There was an intensely strong odor of mildew and general funk. The room was dirty. I couldn’t wait to shower and get out. Also, they have complementary breakfast but didn’t even have milk to go with the cereal. I would not recommend. One of the worst hotels I have stayed at.

Staff happy and polite.

Room didn't get cleaned towels not replaced in the ten days I was there! Curtain poles fell off. Lift was broken. Breakfast was repetitive.

Location, Awesome! Breakfast, Awesome! Staffing, AWESOME!! Pricing, Fantastic!

I didn’t care for my feet being higher than my head in bed; I woke with a headache for 3 days. I started sleeping at the bottom of the bed or across the bed if watching Tv. Is that a thing in hotels now, where the foot of the bed is higher than the head ?
