Very affordable and clean..

Location and the outside was clean.

The propert was fine. The room wasn’t. It looked as if someone went in there to do cleaning/maintenance and everything was moved and I had to put it all back . We did not take a shower because it was was so dirty looking. The lighting in the room was seriously awful. Also they say they have a 2 hour breakfast which I went to see about it within the first hour and I got a waffle to share with my Mom the size of the one in let go my ego. A customer felt sorry for us and tried to give me one of hers which I said no. So I drank juice and then they shut that off.

Food left in the freezer, bed wasn't very comfortable for me but couch was. Wife liked the bed. Breakfast was ok. Biscuits were not very good.

Stay was very nice, we are traveling with a pet and the pet fee was very reasonable, breakfast was simple but did have waffles and biscuits and gravy. Older hotel but was comfortable.

I didn't like much. Your Corp Office Inspection Team needs to visit this facility. Maintenace is being neglected. The heat in the room never got above 65 degrees even being set on High Temp and High Fan and running all night. The hot water was so cold I could not shower because it was barely above luck warm. The back door to the hotel was withOUT a lock and did not close unless it was pulled tight. There was dirt on the wall near the room door and other places (room 105), the room corners were beat up and just needed cleaning and a little paint. I felt like I was staying in a 1950's neglected facility. The place is good on the surface but needs a real manager to address all the little things. When I spoke to the on-sight manager about the back door he told me "we have never had any issues". I told him that you never have issues until you have them and then it's too late to fix the problem. I truly did not feal safe in this hotel and used all the room locks as well as a chair under the door and with my pepper spray under my pillow. Fix it or sell it to an off brand chaing of "we don't care" type facility.

Slow service ans keys didnt work

There was no food or drinks in vending machines. The facility was not very clean, ex shower, the beds were wrinkled like they hadnt been changed, the bathroom floor tile was cracked in two places. The bathroom door was coming apart. The outlets for usb charging your devices didn't work.

It was very accommodating for an overnight stay.

Upon checking in, I was checked into the hotel by a pre-teen that was playing with his friend. They could not find my reservation and properly check me in during my entire 5 day stay. I had to have my entry card re-scanned daily. The first room was not level between the entry to the room and the bathroom. The room was clean, but the towels did not seem to be the cleanest or had permanent stains.
