Arrived at 3 and was told the room was not ready. Okay, not a problem, 10-15 minutes later it was ready. Sheets on the bed were dirty (like sticky), refrigerator still had old food in it, mold in the fridge, dirty towels, microwave splattered with food… The door leading to the back parking lot didn’t have any type of lock on it.

"Comfortable and okay"

Our bed was comfortable & the room was clean and quiet, but condition of the hotel is a bit run down. It appears to be run by a family, and it took a while for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. Our room had mold stained curtains and a crack in the window pain (fortunately double panes glass and break was on inside.). The side door entrance had no lock, so anyone could get in the building. The elevator was very creaky sounding & no certificate of safety was posted.
