Renovation during stay. Not allowed to cancel booking. Breakfast starts at 7am, not 6am as stated here, which affects itinerary planning

Saubere, moderne und zweckmäßige Einrichtung

Die blauen Wandstrahler an der Aussenfassade erhellen die Zimmer in der Nacht erheblich. Es ist bekannt dass das für die Schlafqualität Gift ist- habe kaum geschlafen. Das ist ein no-go! Das Personal an der Rezeption war zT schlecht geschult, mein Name stand nicht auf der Frühstücksliste, obwohl bezahlt, … Frühstück in einem anderen Gebäude, 100 m entfernt ist auch suboptimal.

Free coffee. Ok

It smells like shit in the luggage room. Works ongoing, I'm ok, but no signs visible, only message about via WhatsApp. Staff doesn't help to find the way to the room. I mean they gave only hand indications instead of going a 10 seconds with clients to show the way. Like that they could see how a newcomer see the things.....
