Comfort Inn Thetford Mines

Lit confortable et chambre très propre. D’ailleurs malgré le tapis la chambre sentait très bonne!

No elevator, no baggage carts, very small room, 2 double beds too small for 4 people ! Double bed not big enough for 2 adult people to sleep comfortably !

I arrived at the Comfort Inn in Thetford Mines at 9pm. The outdoor temperatue was -25C (-13 F). The room was unheated. That that the room wass provided only with a unit on the outer wall (airconditonare/heater, that was off. There was no separate heating in the bathroom. I turned on to heat at the maximum level. There was a warm air movement coming out of the left part of the unit and unheated air in the remaining part of the outlet. After one hour, the room was still cold. I was working at the desk with my hat and parka on. I went down to the reception to complain and to ask for extra blanket, which I received. I was reasonably comfortable in bed. When I got up at 8 am, the room was still not comfortble, so I went back to reception and someone was sent up to check the room temperature. That person came back to confirm what I was complaning about and that the heating unit was not providing sufficient heat. I was not a happy camper. On the positive side, I was able to plug in my car to keep the engine warm.

Tapis de plus de 30 ans dans les chambres… ce qui selon moi est inacceptable en 2025
