A Home From Home 3

Amazing stay!!! The owner was absolutely lovely. She greeted me on arrival, provided me with fresh bread, milk, water, cereal and butter which was so kind, as well as the normal tea and coffee facilities. She was so sweet, friendly and polite. The place itself was great. It really did feel like a home from home and the bed was absolutely to die for! It was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life! I didn't want to get out of it in the morning. Everything was just fantastic. I'll definitely be back to stay again. Cannot fault anything. :)

I did get bit on my stomach whilst asleep but I'm not sure what from as it's a pet free property. Other than that I don't have a bad word to say.

Breakfast supplies were good, and many things were provided. The property was spotless, very quiet and comfortable. Beds were great, bathroom and shower too. Kitchen is very workable and also has both a clothes washing machine and dryer.

The area is the major drawback. We felt uncomfortable there. I would not walk in the neighbourhood. The building and entry were rundown, dirty and confronting. I can’t think how you can solve that though. External photos might completely deter people.

It was perfect for our 1 night stay on our way to Cornwall.

Apartment was big enough for our 2 night stay and handy as we were visiting family bed was comfy with clean linen, nice fresh towels too.

General location, camera in hallway made it feel even less desirable. Kitchen could have had a better clean crumbs on floor and behind microwave, kitchen units, around the handles were also grubby. Unable to use oven as there wasn't any oven trays/dishes. The fresh milk and bread was a welcome bonus, but there is no way we would eat other guests leftovers, ie opened breakfast cereal, half tub of butter and used jam, cleaning products and washing provided but again all the sponges were well used and needed binning.

kathleen was lovely we arrived early which was no problem and she even gave us a lift. the place had everything we needed and more. it was easy to find. nice and quiet. shop just down the road. simple breakfast. just what was needed. thank you

She turned up with keys, bread and chocolate for us! The kitchen was stocked with breakfast items, the bathroom had everything you needed.

Don’t think there was anything

Everything especially the bed just amazing. It was ashamed only there for one night if I had of seen this place before I would of booked so caring aswelk

The flat was clean, the bedding was clean and comfy and had plenty of facilities. We were there just for one night and needed a place to stay and found this place. The owners greeted us at the residence, even though we were a bit late after traffic on long drive. It suited our needs and was clean and accommodating. There was a local spar shop to get groceries just 2 mins walk away. All kitchen items were clean and useable. There was on site parking when we stayed.

The area was about out of town, which we didn't mind as we were there to visit family. If you're spending more time in Plymouth it might be better to stay a little closer to the centre.

The host met me with the keys, and this was arranged in advance. When arriving at the property the host took me through and showed me features of the property. The property has absolutely EVERYTHING you could need. It was very comfortable and I felt safe and secure during my stay.
