Optimi Rooms Bilbao

While the location is good, the staff are welcoming and the check-in time is until 00:00, these are unfortunately the only positives.

The original idea was nice, I suppose, but this place is simply not maintained as you would expect if you want people to stay here. Everything is either dirty, broken, or poorly repaired. There’s mould in the bathrooms, dust and hair in the capsules, and the place smells a bit weird (not surprised though). Felt like other guests were confused, too. I would say it’s the worst hostel experience I’ve had so far. Some might say, ‘what do you expect for that price?‘. Well, I don’t expect luxury, but basic cleanliness and safety. Without those, there’s simply nothing worth paying for.

Ubicacion para la estación de buses

Sucio, viejo, poco mantenimiento, muy dejado, ruido en los pasillos,poco para descansar.

Aparte de la ubicación, el recepcionista es muy amable. Las camas son muy cómodos, hay taquillas para guardar las pertenencias. Los baños estan muy bien.
