Optimi Rooms Bilbao

Receptionists we're all very responsive, helpful with any issues and info I needed, they really made an extra mile of customer service like in in 4!4 stars hotels. Plenty of hot water, rain showers with additional holding very strong shower, kitchen fully equipped with kettles, microwave, fridges, teas. I ll be returning definitely. Location great, few min from trains Auronomia, 7 min from Central bus coaches station.

Little noise around 9.00 am when most people leave their capsules..

La ubicación es excelente, con fácil acceso a los principales puntos de interés de Bilbao. La habitación estaba limpia y la estancia fue cómoda en general.

Las puertas hacen bastante ruido al abrirse y cerrarse, por lo que se escucha el paso de otros huéspedes. Además, el aire acondicionado resulta algo ruidoso, especialmente durante la noche.

The staff were nice

There is absolutely nothing done to ensure noise levels are respectful. We are told it is meant to be silence in the sleeping area, but this is no monitored and nothing can be done late at night as there is no one there to manage complaints of noise. One couple who stayed on the 7th June are completely perverted and decided to loudly be intimate for everyone to hear, absolutely disgusting, borderline sexual harassment and complete lack of respect for themselves. There was also groups of people coming in partying. Do not expect ANY sleep if you stay here

Buszpályaudvartól nem messze; a közelben szupermarkettel, reggeliző hellyel. 0-24 órában jelen lévő, kedves, angolul jól beszélő, profi személyzet. Modern, dizájnos terek, étel- és italautomaták; zárható zuhanyzóhelyiségek. Kártyával zárható szekrények a csomagoknak. Igyekeznek figyelni, hogy a hálótérben tényleg csend legyen. Megengedték, hogy kicsekkolás után is otthagyjuk a csomagunkat, ez nagyon szimpatikus volt.

A konyhai rész és a mosdók-zuhanyzók tisztasága nem volt a legjobb, de rosszabb is lehetett volna. A kapszula elvileg kártyával zárható, de gyakorlatilag csak egy fém retesz volt belülről, ami lötyögött. Bár éjszaka nem volt gond a csenddel, azért reggel, amikor ébrednek az emberek, elkerülhetetlen a zajongás. Aki szeret természetes fényre ébredni, ne jöjjön ide. 😀 A közösségi térben időnként megjelent egy furcsa, kellemetlen szagú férfi, aki bámulta az embereket - ez frusztráló volt számunkra, félelmet keltett bennünk. Talán ő "állandó lakosa" lehet a hotelnek, nem tudjuk.
