Staff was kind and friendly. Breakfast was great.

Our linens were not clean. There were visible stains in the linens. The flooring in the bathroom was bubbling. Not a good experience.

Cleanliness

Elevator didn’t work one day and I had to go down 3 flights of stairs. I wouldn’t have minded with younger knees, but that’s not the case, unfortunately.
