Ein absolut TOP geführtes Haus mit Charme und viel Herzlichkeit seitens der Besitzer! Alles da was man sich wünscht ist da und sollte man wirklich noch etwas brauchen, sind die Besitzer immer freundlich und sehr bemüht! Bestlage in Primosten, weil ruhig und aber doch zentral. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus uneingeschränkt!

Communication with the owner - 10/10 Luggage transportation by electric cart - 10/10 Location of the apartment - 10/10 The owner communicated very well. The transportation of luggage on arrival and departure was just great and we didn't wait even a minute. The location of the apartment is great. A few steps to the beach and right next to restaurants. Apartment, has comfortable sofa as bed, Nice balcony and modern smart tv Netflix, etc

Apartment Amenities - 5/10 Let's start right at the entrance to the two-bedroom apartment. Just to the left is a niche in the wall where a shoe rack could be placed. Unfortunately there is none and there is no place to store shoes. The apartment has only one small air conditioning unit in the kitchen and on hot days it can barely cool the apartment, so you have to sleep with the bedroom doors open at night. Moreover, the owner will warn you upon arrival that if you are not inside the apartment and leave the air conditioning on, he will enter the apartment and turn it off. This is quite inconvenient and I don't understand why they do this. The kitchen is small and has only the most basic equipment. There are no shelves or cabinets here, but they could be. It would cost a few Euros and would help with the comfort. The shower in the bathroom is broken and one side of the door literally falls out on you. It is dangerous, especially for children. The mattress on one of the beds is ok, on the other it is terribly soft. The couch as a bed was much more comfortable. The beds creak like crazy. Every movement makes a lot of noise.

Locationwise was excellent. Car parking was 5min walk only from the apartment, which was great.

No washing machine. Landlord enters the room in our absence without notifying us.

Excellent location in the old city center, still very peaceful. Lots of cafés and restaurants nearby. The first beach is only a few steps away, and the beach with natural shade (pine trees) is within 10 min walking distance.The sea in Primosten was super clean wherever we went for a swim. The apartment was simple, but very clean, had an air conditioning, a small kitchen, a bathroom, and a terrace with a sea view.Everything we needed for our summer holiday. Free parking was included in the price. The best thing were the hosts who were just exceptionally friendly and helpful! Thank you for the wonderful stay!
