Easy to get to, room was decent.

The lack of good protein for breakfast. A bagel bar is okay, but not everyone wants to pay extra for an overpriced convenient store breakfast sandwich. Also, we went to go swimming Sunday morning and as soon as we got in the pool room we were RUDLY told to leave because the maintenance guy was checking chemicals. There was no sign that said we couldn’t go, and the guy being rude made our kids cry when we got back to the room.

The hotel staff was very friendly upon our arrival. The bed was really comfortable, so we had a great night's sleep. The room appeared to be clean. A nice touch was to have coffee available 24/7.

We are on a three-week road trip, so we brought an ice chest with us to have drinks readily available. Our ice melted in the ice chest, so we needed to pour our drinks over ice, but the ice machine in the hotel was not working. Breakfast was inadequate. Options were very limited, so I decided on a muffin. It was pre-packaged and very dry. I threw it away. Not good. The bathroom towels are inexpensive, thinner towels. Not terrible, but not great.

Could not eat any of the breakfast, I cannot eat gluten or dairy.

Ice machine broken, lobby women's restroom both toilets broken, no lotion in the room- empty despite the sign right next to it saying it gets filled each time the room is serviced, no hot water in the lobby during breakfast, and the coffee had mostly grounds that came out and the bottom of my cup was full of grounds, the water refill stations all needed new filters (light was red), homeless were outside the hotel, and the AC unit in the room sounded like something was stuck in the fan and had a stale odor coming out of it. For the price, this was not a good value at all, we cancelled our return stay we had booked for a few days later and booked somewhere else.

That it was clean and the staff were nice and professional.

That the pool wasn't open at all. And that it was way too hot in the hallways and elevator.
