We loved the location and proximity to the promenade and restaurants. The breakfast provided at the hotel was lovely.

The elevation was very small for the size of the hotel. You could barely fit two people and two suitcases. If you are not a fit and able person, you have to use the spiral staircase. See if you can choose a room on the first or second floor. Not a major downfall as everything else in the hotel is amazing.. excellent buffet breakfast

Comfy and clean. Which is all you need when you are on a city break. Very close to the main shopping street and plenty of shops and restaurants near by. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

Nothing- just be aware that it is central to the shopping area and the tourist areas are a slight walk but still close.
