Close to the base and everything we needed was around the hotel. Staff were friendly and very helpful, always there (sometimes you can’t locate a staff member).

Nothing.

Very convenient! Bed was super comfortable and the ac got really cold which was soooooo good!

Staff was alittle stand offish and just not very friendly but nothing disrespectful just I guess wasn’t having a good night

The carpets are filthy and made it uncomfortable

The breakfast was ok. Would have liked to have wheat bread for toast.

2 things: the room door hung up on the carpet, so it wouldn't close completely on it's own, and the sink drain was very, very slow.

The breakfast was exception the staff was friendly the property was clean and accomodating.

As for someone in housekeeping for 20 years I think the housekeeping dept needs more staff so that they can facilitate cleaning of the rooms and not only replenish towels if the guest ask we need there for 4 days and our bed linens was no change once because the staff focus on departure rooms.

The breakfast had a great mix of options and seating was spacious. Something for everyone.

The pool area was a bit sparse and needs an update. Could use some better lighting and the pool was of moderate size.

It’s too cold. You feel it as soon as you walk in.
