Service was good, very nice and helpful staff, breakfast was good, and the place is clean and well-maintained.

Washing machine broke while I was using it, and the dryer did not work properly. I have to pay more than twice to dry a load of laundry.

That the room i stayed at for two nights in didn't have bed bugs The beds supper comfortable I usually sleep with a sleep apnea machine and I forgot it at home but still slept good and rested ,clean rooms and love the fact that this hotel had everything that you needed within a 5-minute Drive very convenient for Out of Towners

Did not like the slow elevator it took forever to open the doors and to move and smelled very strong of bug spray

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Found a dead fly on my bed when I arrived. Comfort Inn advertises a reward program but the receptionist always says you have to go online for that. Are there really rewards?

Staff was there for everything we could have asked for. Breakfast was hotel breakfast, nothing fancy but the staff was always there to make sure the food was replenished when needed. Rooms were clean and conformable.

It could have been my oversite but I didn't see anywhere when booking saying there was an indoor pool at the hotel. Wish I would have seen that so I could have brought some clothes for kids. Other than that there wasn't anything to not like.

"It was great to visit my son who is in the Army!"

Close proximity to Fort Leonard Wood Army Base

Customer service was horrible, room smelled like feet and urine. Asked to have my room changed and the second one was no better. The beds were so uncomfortable! and there was random hair (pubic) woven into the towels. I'll never stay there again.
