Room was dirty - the floor was sticky and evidently never mopped. Bed was uneven and super hard to sleep on. We could hear everything from inside the room - people talking, flushing from other rooms, etc. There was no way to adjust the AC, it kept reverting back to 62F despite trying to re-set it and even turning it off was impossible. Hair dryer was missing from our washroom, the back screen door was broken. The place is very dated and needs an update. Free breakfast was decent, the staff seemed friendly and the shampoo & conditioner dispenser in the washroom was a bonus.

Maybe have the staff ensure more control whenever teams are occupying a lot of rooms. So much noise in our room because of the kids running up and down the hall. We drove from Nova Scotia with 2 kids and just wanted to shower and go to sleep. I saw 10:18 before I finally fell asleep. Kids should be in rooms by 9:00 at the latest.

Limited Breakfast, and no one to clean our room within our 3 day stay, left everyday from 9am-3-4pm and never got beds made, towels changed or anything

Nous avons dû être transféré dans un autre hôtel 15 min plus loin , aucun rabais , ça sentais hyper fort dans les corridors, le plafond suspendu avec des rond de moisissure , nous avions des araignée au plafond de notre chambre . Bcp de vacarme tôt le matins . Nous sommes revenu plus fatigué que d’autre chose . Nous ne retournerons pas dans ces hôtels .
