Staffs and service was good.

The upper floors have not been renovated yet; bathroom fixtures very old and shower needs to be replaced asap for water mixing properly.

This is an economical stay if you expect a basic decent room at a good price point. My rating is also driven by the value for money. Positives- Basic breakfast included scambled eggs, fresh waffles, cereal, hashbrowns, good coffee, fruit, breads and spreads. Microwave in the room is a great plus. Ample free parking on the lot on ground level Right on a major road within 15 min from downtown Montreal and a few eateries nearby Downsides- Even though no elevators, but the hotel only has ground 1 floors so not too much of a hassle unless you have a lot of heavy luggage Breakfast room is slightly small. Rooms are old without much view but given the price point, it is worth it if you just want to stay and explore around.

Breakfast was poor, some regular items were out of like waffles, they said because of the holidays, i guess there is a lack of planning

Great affordable hotel, it was clean but a little old. Lobby was extremely hot all the time and for breakfast was very uncomfortable due to high temperatures (above 80 degrees). Location was great!!!
