La struttura si trova ad Alghero, ad una 15ina di minuti a piedi dal centro. Curatissima, pulitissima e con uno spiccata attenzione alla cura del dettaglio. Nulla è lasciato al caso. L'host è stato molto gentile nell'accoglierci, nel darci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno e dandoci qualche spunto sia per le visite che per i ristoranti.

Praticamente nulla, ma se proprio devo trovare un neo forse la posizione della struttura (non propriamente in centro) e della camera (PT) che non consentiva di lasciare le finestre aperte.

- moderne frisch renovierte Ausstattung: vor allem das Bad mit großem Waschbecken und viel Stauraum in den darunter liegenden Schubladen plus renovierte Dusche mit genügend Platz - nicht 4 Kleiderbügel, wie man es sonst von Unterkünften kennt, sondern mehrere Kleiderbügel (12 Stück) im Kleiderschrank! - gute Schallisolierung zur Straße: bei geschlossenen Fenstern hat man selbst von der kurzzeitigen Baustelle oder fahrenden Autos vor der Tür nichts gehört bzw als störend empfunden - top Klimaanlage im Zimmer: zu keinem Zeitpunkt haben wir es als warm empfunden - top Lage mit ca 15min in die Innenstadt mit vielen Restaurants - Minikühlschrank im Zimmer - freundliche Inhaberin

Für große Personen (mein Partner 1,86) ist das Bett etwas knapp und stößt man öfters gegen das Fußteil. Hier wäre es komfortabler, wenn das Fußteil weg wäre und Füße im Überhang schweben könnten. Aber...kennt man halt als große Person:) Aber man konnte trotzdem gut schlafen v.a. durch Klima und Ruhe!

Piera ci ha accolto con grande professionalità e cortesia dandoci utili indicazioni su cosa visitare. Ha effettuato un upgrade non richiesto della stanza dandoci la possibilità di fruire di un balconcino per stendere la biancheria ad asciugare. Camera accogliente e molto pulita. Posizione ottimale per parcheggiare senza grossi problemi e a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro storico e con ampia scelta di bar e ristoranti nei dintorni. Anche le parti comuni di livello elevato e molto curate

The place was really nice and modern, we didn't mind the walking distance to the old town (10-15min). The host was really nice and helpful, she gave us a lot of recommandations and they were all really good.

It isn't really related to the property, but we didn't find a parking space that easy in the area, even so, it's free parking on the nearby streets.

Sauberkeit wird großgeschrieben. Piera ist sehr nett und in jeder Situation hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Ruhige und angenehme Gegend. Zentrum in etwa 15min zu Fuß erreichbar.

Etwas wenig Platz für die Kleidung. Sie hat dann Ihren Platz auf dem anderen Doppelbett gefunden, war aber überhaupt nicht tragisch.
