Unfortunately the staff is not helpful at all

Wir waren mit 3 Personen in dem Apartment, gute Ausstattung, netter unkomplizierter Kontakt, parken in der Umgebung im Preis enthalten. Zum Teil ist Omiš unschön verbaut, das sieht man von dem Apartment aus nicht, sehr schöne Sicht!! Altstadt fussläufig. Omiš ist ein Besuch wert, die Cetina ist ein sehr schön

small things but worth mentioning so there is a space for improvement: - balcony curtains were slightly too small - lack of shutters sometimes could be painful - we couldn't locate any spare sheets

The apartment is located 5 minutes from the beach. Great view from the balcony. Air conditioning. These are all the advantages of the apartment.

Unfortunately, my experience with these apartments was disappointing. The apartment was not properly cleaned: the refrigerator, kitchen, and other surfaces were dirty or dusty, the floor was unwashed, and the balcony appeared completely neglected. Kitchen appliances and dishes were old and heavily worn. The apartment is located near a busy road, so it was noisy from early morning when the windows were open. The biggest issue, however, was the unexpected policy enforcement by the staff. After payment, I was informed of an unlisted rule: visits from non-registered guests were strictly prohibited. As we were vacationing with relatives staying nearby, it was upsetting that they were not allowed to enter the apartment, even briefly. Although the apartment was booked for 4 people and only 3 stayed, I received a warning because my relatives waited in the hallway for about 30 minutes while expecting a taxi. These restrictions and formal warning letters caused us significant discomfort and emotional stress. After over 10 years using Booking.com, this was the first time I encountered such rigid control and surveillance in a private apartment. The addition of new rules post-payment and the monitoring via cameras felt like a violation of privacy. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this property. This was my most disappointing experience on Booking and my first negative review.

Very nice view and pretty close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed

Perfectly located between the beach and the main town centre.

The entrance could be a little off putting, but once inside all is good.
