Milojka

Das kleine Städtchen Senj war klein, aber fein. Alles nötige war vor Ort. Sogar einen DM gibt es. Zum Essen waren wir in der Altstadt. Dort gibt es genügend Restaurants zur Auswahl. Unsere Unterkunft hatte alles, was wir benötigt haben. Die Vermieterin war auch sehr lieb und Serviceorientiert. Bei unserer Ankunft, hat sie uns selbst gebackene Palatchinken vorbei gebracht. Eine sehr liebevolle Geste!

Kleines Manko: die Schlafzimmer waren von der Küche mit einem separaten Eingang getrennt. Wenn es trocken war, war das kein Problem, aber beim Regen etwas umständlich.

I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti sia al nostro arrivo che durante tutto il soggiorno! Ottima posizione per chi viaggia con la macchina.

Il bagno è un po' piccolo e rumoroso

Szerintem a fotók félrevezetőek a szállásról. A szállásadó házát jobban mutatja mint a kiadott apartmant.(távoli kép) A gáztűzhelyhez nem kaptunk gyufát, kértünk sajtreszelőt. Azt sem kaptunk, 5 euró lett volna. Nagy befektetés a szállásadó részéről? A tűzhely sütő részét szerettük volna használni. Nem volt jó, nem is próbálták megjavíttatni. A szobák elhelyezkedése miatt nyugodtan az árban lehetne a klíma használat.

Stanze molto comode e bagno assolutamente soddisfacente, cucina super attrezzata e spazio fuori per mangiare bellissimo. Insomma veramente un soggiorno piacevole. Consigliatissimo!

Barátságos fogadtatás. Rálátás a tengerre, és a városra, a várra. Szabadban étkezés lehetősége, a szőlő lugas alatt. Csendes. Nagyon tiszta. Kotyogós kávéfőző ❤️ Kényelmes ágyak. A szükséges dolgok megvoltak. Családi üdülés volt.

Nem volt wifi.

Tisztaság egy családi házban de mégis teljesen külön a családtól. A konyha jól felszerelt a szoba kényelmes . A kertből páratlan panoráma naplemente a tengerre a környező szigetekre.

A lakás kialakulása miatt nem lehet huzatot csinálni .A zuhanyzóban egy elszivó hiányzik mert nehéz a szellőztetés .

The location is good, as long as you have a car and can go to the different beaches around it you don’t mind walking uphill and downhill a lot (approximately 200 Steps to go down to the nearest beach). The two bedrooms are hi big and comfortable enough for four adults. Kitchen is spacious and well equipped in general. The owner Milojka is nice and receives you with a warm smile and a cold beer, which are lovely on arrival. The 12-year-old granddaughter Lota was extremely nice and attentive as is she was the hostess. She even shared some of her birthday cake with us and painted for us a landscape. The car can be easily accommodated at the side or front of the house.

The pictures are misleading as we didn’t have a view from the rooms which was very important for us. The part that is rented out is a backdoor apartment at the garage with no view. From the front of the house the view is indeed fantastic and can be enjoyed any time, early morning out at sunset. There is air conditioning in one of the rooms which is not a problem if you open the doors between the rooms. But if you want privacy, then only one room would be cooled, the other won’t. In addition, the owner charges you 5 euros extra per night for the air conditioning, which is not stated or clear on the website. So if you want to use it, you have to add this cost to the daily price, which in the middle of July, is practically a must for sleeping well.

The apartmant is very close to Camp Ujca (5 minutes by car) - this is the main reason we booked it as we spent most of our days there at the diving center. The view is indeed very nice from the back of the house (where you park your car, not from the inside of the apartmant). The surroundings were quiet (except for some loud guests on the other side of the road). Kitchen is spacious and its equipment was ok. The corridor, where you can sit was private. Our hosts were very kind - the lady even cleaned our corridor daily.

All of the windows of the rooms open to the small, partly closed corridor, so there was very little ventilation in the room and It was very hot. There is only one AC unit which is in one of the bedrooms so if you need to close its door, the other room won't get any of the cold air. Also, this AC unit was very loud. The apartmant is on the top of a hill so walking anywhere is kind of a hassle (we expected this, but still). You cannot see any of the nice view from the apartmant (while you are sitting in this small corridor).

This apartment was very special. Besides the usual things (fully equipped, very clean and comfortable for staying, etc.), it has one of the best terraces we ever experienced! Along with this comes a truly insane communication experience with the owners of the apt! I don't know how this magic works, but we've got a feeling that we stayed either at the house of our old friends, or relatives. And it was never "too much" - just fantastic! If we will have any chance to travel in this direction in the future, we will definitely check, if the apt. is available. In addition, the view is also fantastic - you can make one of the best photos of yourself or of your car - that's what we've made. About 10-12 mins walking distance, there is a beautiful cozy beach.

No internet (but this was written in the description). We had our own, worked fine.

Overall nice

Location is worse than expected (100m from seaside but also high in hill). WiFi signal is very hard to catch in apartment
