Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites West Chester by IHG

Very clean,safe, friendly staff.

The hotel seemed clean and was a good value. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was fine. The issue was waking up to ants all over the table. We were on the second floor in the middle of the building, so it wasn’t even a ground-level room. When I told the staff, it felt like they already knew about it. Their only response was “sorry,” which wasn’t very helpful. Since I was only staying one night, I let it go, but if it had been a longer stay, I would’ve been pretty upset with the lack of response.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating for an early check-in. Hallways smelled and looked very clean. Room service was great!

This hotel was clean and affordable. Most importantly, I felt safe staying by myself. The staff were also phenomenal. The young girl at the front desk was very helpful and patient in answering all of my random questions about the area. Highly recommend. This is by far one of my best hotel experiences.

Nice, clean, large room. The only thing that was not great was the breakfast. The food was not very good, and the dining room was too small, there was not enough room for everyone to sit. Everything else was very good.

The housemen were nice.

I didn’t get the room type that I paid for and they “lost” my $200 cash until I made it clear I was not leaving without it. I will never stay here again and IHG should be ashamed.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff were welcoming and friendly, always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax. I also appreciated the little details.. like the complimentary breakfast & allowing us to come in to use restrooms before our check in time . The location was convenient.. so mxuh stuff around it. Another highlight was the pool! Overall, I felt very comfortable and well taken care of during my stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. Whenever I visit my daughter at college, I will definitely be staying here.

Ontbijt is echt heel matig, verder weinig sfeer in het Hotel maar prima voor een snelle doorreis tijdens een road trip maar dan met gierende banden weer door

The place was very clean but the bed was so hard I felt like I was sleeping on a piece of wood. There were people running up and down the halls at midnight. Someone banged on our door and tried to open it around midnight. I would never stay here again
