The lady at check in was very kind. I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name. On the second night I was in the indoor pool with my 5 year old grand daughter and I have a styrofoam cup of ice that was basically empty when the front desk clerk came barreling in and jump my rear over having drinks in the pool area. I didn’t see the sign for one, still don’t know if it’s posted but she could have presented herself a little better. I am not one to not follow rules but I am also not one that allows myself to be disrespected. 50$ deposit on rooms for accidentals. They check room before cash deposit given back and if you use it on a card 14 days before it’s refunded. The rooms were just barely okay. The chair was stained and nasty. It was very dusty. It just had a stench. Screens on windows were tore apart badly. Bed was comfy. Blinds or curtains were ripped. Out of a lot of things for breakfast which would have been a decent breakfast.

Definitely worth the price.

You get what you pay for, im not sure where to start...when we arrived to our room it was dirty. Food stompped into the carpet, hair in/ woven into the white towels that was also stained a brown color. The coffee maker had the last visitors coffee pad still in the machine and its empty packaging tossed in the basket. The face of the alarm clock was nicely placed in the drawer next to the bible. However it did serve its purpose as we only stayed the night and spent the day a frontier city and it was conveniently right up the road. Oh and the A/C worked great!!

VERY RUDE! I took my coffee in pool area, but came in through the patio door. That door had no sign about no drinks. Also the sign in the pool area only said no glass containers or alcohol. No mention of coffee. She came in at me hot scolding me. When I tried to say sorry the sign on the wall only mentions alcohol and glass she was very angy and shoved the door open as far as she could pointing at the sign on the door that I did not come through. NEVER AGAIN will we stay here when we bring our grandkids back to enjoy our season passes at Frontier City that is right by this hotel.

Good hotel for the price. It was fairly quiet and comfortable. Breakfast provided could be better.

The hotel was nicer than I anticipated. It was clean and quiet. I did not realize the neighborhood it was in until I looked closer at it. It is next to a major truckstop and an amusement park. Luckily it was not the season for the amusement park or it would have been busier. Overall I would stay there again, but the gas stations around it make it feel a little unsafe.
