Pokój słabo posprzątany. Pozostawione gnijące ziemniaki w szafce pod kuchnią to istny dramat (mega smród). Po tym znalezisku czar prysł.

"Apartament nie powinien być w ogóle wynajmowany zimą!"

Apartament nie jest przystosowany na pobyt osób w zimie. Kaloryfery nie są w stanie ogrzać pomieszczeń przy minusowych temperaturach na zewnątrz. Temperatura w środku w dniu przyjazdu wynosiła trochę ponad 16° C i w takiej temperaturze przyszło nam spać pierwszą noc. Potem nie było w cale dużo lepiej. Na szczęście większość dnia spędzaliśmy poza apartamentem.
