I can't believe this property is rated 8.6 by 1004 people on Expedia. I am doubting Expedia's ratings. I paid equivalent to a night at Hilton or Marriot in downtown at Chicago or Seattle. I felt I was robbed. The staff was courteous and friendly. Breakfast was warm. No complaints. The property itself though is a glorified motel. Paint was peeling off the ceiling with what looked like water damage. The TV was small. There was no privacy on the ground floor. The one window (patio door) in the room overlooked the parking lot with a large dumpster right in the middle.While parking, I could see in other people's rooms, and they could see in my room. We had to close the curtains permanently. Note to Expedia - If you are going to reject this review too, please include this text in the email, or the next review will be even longer.
