I was lucky enough to check in with the same front desk clerk as I've had the last couple of times I visited. Not only did he provide his usual excellent customer service by remembering my name, he also switched my room to the main floor, so I wouldn't have to carry my bags up the stairs. It was very much appreciated.

Rooms were clean, staff was friendly -- only downsides were a loud noise from the fridge all night and no hot breakfast (but that is my fault for not confirming)

Le rapport qualité / prix est excellent. Très bonne insonorisation et parfaite aération avec une ventilation constante sans bruit dérangeant. Petit déjeuner varié qui peut être très copieux si on le souhaite. Seul bémol, la vaisselle jetable et pas recyclable ni lavable. Vraiment une surprise intéressante!
