The room was terrible, the minute we stepped off the elevator we noticed the carpet in the halls were filthy, the room was just as bad, the sofa bed was falling apart the bathroom had tiles missing from the walls and floor, my grad daughter legs were filthy from her crawling on the floor, the breakfast and staff were good

Hotel hit our credit card twice because they coulnt find booking.com....YOU NEED TO CREDIT OUR CARD BACK!!!! WILL NEVER USE BOOKING.COM EVER AGAIN IF YOU DONT FIX THE PROBLEM....AND THE HOTEL CHARGED US 50.00 DOLLARS MORE BECAUSE WE HAD 4 PEOPLE....NOT GOOD!!!!
