Apartments Nikolina

The hosts were great! They helped us with anything we needed, and did "the little extra" such as driving us, bringing cookies etc. The best part is that the private little beach is just outside. They have sunbeds and watertoys for the guests to use - perfect for a relaxing holiday. We spent most days here, but went to the nearby islands as well. The taxi boat is near the property. There are restaurants and a great ice cream bar around the corner, but one can also cook in the apartment.

Everything was great. The furniture could be updated, but they are just fine as they are and the pictures are accurate.

The apartment is in beautiful, calm location in Lumbarda. Private beach directly in front of the apartment is perfect. Our host, Mrs. Frankica was very helpful and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. The room was clean, sufficiently equipped with all the things we needed for simple cooking and the view from balcony was beautiful. We wish to come back next year.

Nikolina Apartments is a exceptional place with wonderfull accomodation, great food with new breakfast ideas every morning, wonderfull sea view but the most of all great owners. Frankica, Barba Ante and Mrs. Jolanda are great as a hosts and wonderfull people. I would recommend Nikolina Apartments to everyone with message YOU WON'T REGRET....Pure 10!!! My parents stayed here for a week and were absolutely in love with the place. The apartment is even more beautiful than on photos with gorgeous wide terrace a stone throw to the sea and your own part of the beach. However, the best part are the host you can only dream of. They are definitely coming back and so are all of us who heard their stories.

Everything was perfect.

Firstly, Francika is such a lovely welcoming host! Her breakfast in the morning is just incredible! She will not let you leave hungry! Secondly, the view from the apartment is gorgeous, that goes without saying! The bed is the most comfortable one we have slept in! The facilities outside the apartment on the beach are perfect. Lots of sun loungers belonging to the apartment and even inflatables to use in the water!

Nothing, everything was absolutely perfect!

We have left the apartment at Apartments Nikolina now prematurely (i.e. 2 days earlier), because the rooms did not hold promise, what was announced on booking.com : We have no internet access in our apartment as promised on booking.com, although we really need internet access in the rooms. We would not have booked the apartment, if we had known, that there is no internet access. After asking the owner Mrs. Frankica Lipanovic for internet access in our apartment, she explained us, that there is no stable internet access, because the rooms are too far away from the router, and too many guests having access. She also explained that we could go to the main beach or to the common room, which is located two houses further and implicates walking outside the apartments and walking out to the street and into the house two doors next. This is not acceptable. There were pictures of other apartments posted on booking.com, but no pictures of the rooms of the apartment, which we have booked. The rooms look like a provisorium attached to the main house. The light in the kitchen and the anchoring of the shower head were defect. There is a background noise below our sleeping room, which sounds like a big refrigerator, and which keeps on switching on and off every approximately 5 minutes, and which disturbed sleeping massively.

The location is superb and the sea was cristal clear. Property owners and their family / staff were ultra friendy. The hospitality was out of this world.
