L’esmorzar era boníssim i el personal molt amable. Bona ubicació, a 5 min del centre en metro

1.- L’habitació NO tenia finestra al carrer, sinó a un cel obert terrible, cosa que no es deia en la descripció (adjunto foto) 2.- Era en un 3er pis sense ascensor (només un elevador per maletes) Considero que aquesta dos primers punts és necessari que el client ho sàpiga abans de reservar l’habitació 3.- No hi havia cap cadira a l’habitació 4.- L’aïllament acústic era inexistent, se sentia tot i a més un soroll estrany quan bufava el vent 5.- Costava que l’aigua marxés pel desaigue de la dutxa, i de seguida es feia un dit d’aigua al plat dutxa

Pobyt w Lisboa 85 Suites oceniam ogólnie jako poprawny. Największym atutem hotelu jest świetna lokalizacja tuż przy samym metrze, co bardzo ułatwia zwiedzanie miasta. Śniadania były smaczne i świeże – choć wybór nie był duży, to jakość była całkowicie w porządku.

Z minusów, pokój okazał się bardzo mały i dodatkowo trafił nam się wariant bez dostępu do światła dziennego. Łazienka również była malutka, a niedomykająca się kabina prysznicowa sprawiała, że woda pryskała na podłogę. W pokoju brakowało lodówki oraz wody butelkowanej. Warto też wiedzieć, że śniadania są serwowane w innym budynku po drugiej stronie ulicy, co dla niektórych może być lekkim uniedogodnieniem. Na krótki wypad i jako baza wypadowa hotel spełnił swoje zadanie.

Very comfortable, good internet good location, good equipment à very dope suite

Staff was nice, friendly. Apartment was cleaned, towels changed daily, upon request you can receive kettle and iron to your room as well.

Although, location of the hotel was close to the city center (20-25 min to walk), it is very dangerous area, especially if you’re traveling alone or you are female. A lot of pickpockets, dangerous and under drug looking people.

So central and only a 30min brisk walk to the main markets! Ubers are so cheap too if you didn’t fam y the walk! We didn’t use the metro but it’s right outside the apartment. Bed is comfortable Breakfast was great too Good Gluten free options for me

The drains had abit of an unpleasant odour especially after using the shower.

Balkontür hat nicht ganz abgeschlossen, Bad ist sehr klein und nur mit einer Schiebetür abgetrennt

La comodità per il centro. La stazione della metro è sotto l’hotel. Si può andare in 30 minuti a piedi. La struttura dove abbiamo alloggiato è 1 minuto a piedi dalla reception e basta attraversare la strada. Abbiamo apprezzato la disponibilità dei gestori che ci hanno accolto a notte fonda, fornendoci anche di bollitore. Sono stati disponibili ad ogni nostra richiesta. Colazione abbastanza abbondante e varia. La camera molto pulita e bella esteticamente.

Problèmes de communication dus à la langue

I want to tell firstly about positive. The stuff is extremely kind, pleasant and responsive. We had both late night check-in and check-out and they are always there for you. Breakfast was also super good! Traditional European breakfast, but bread! Bread was something to kill for. Very tasty! Also location is almost exactly at the Metro station, so it it easy to get to any needed locations within the city.

However, I have to agree with other commentators that unfortunately the hotel is in old building and no matter how staff is trying to keep it clean, the smell of sewage system anyway strikes you everyday.. also if you are a sensitive sleepers, this whole street probably not for you. Yes, it is comfortable in terms of Metro. But all night is very loud, even with closed windows. We were in the end of May and it was not yet so hot, but anyway could not sleep without a bit of air conditioning, because otherwise it is too hot inside. And window you can not open because of loud environment. Also if you have a room in ground floor, you are not protected. With open window; anyone can get into your room. We stayed there twice in the beginning and the end of our vacation (because I did not know yet all circumstances and we booked in beforehand one more night before our late night flight). First time we got the room at ground floor and the smell was too much. Also the shower hose was broken, so water was spreading all over the place. The floor was also sticky, so we had to wear some beach shoes inside. Barefoot walking not the case. To sum up, they try to keep it nice and clean, but only complete change of sewage system and additional repairs could change the situation for the better. Unfortunately, looks like it is not only a problem of this particular hotel, but lots of others as well, since many of them are located in old buildings. So if you need a one night sleep, I would say go for it. If you plan to stay more than one night, better find some place probably outside of all central mainstream places.
