The quiet and tranquil environment was ideal for spending time with family and resting. Bernice was awesome in providing pre arrival information and the room was beyond my expectation, bravo Mimosa!

Lovely property, with a beautiful green gardens after the rencent rains. Nice pool. Spacious apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Quiet surroundings...almost doesn't feel like you are in Grahamstown/Makhanda. Had a great stay.

The tar roads leading to the property are in a pretty bad state, but that is unfortunately just Grahamstown in general.

I loved the homely feel and the setting. Loved the dogs, Ivy, and the gardener!

An inverter would be very helpful. I travel to Grahamstown a lot and would need to not have to battle with load-shedding. This is a big negative, otherwise it's lovely.

The location to where we had our conference was convenient. The gardens were lovely.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable

For a family of 4, I found the living space to be very limiting... Wasn't comfortable to cook meals and the dining area was rather tight - things you look for in a self catering place... Also no coffee machine as advertised.
