Needs more pillows.

Disappointed, handicapped room was very hard to access. Breakfast was a disappointment.

Room was clean, but the jacuzzi was indefinitely closed, which was not specified anywhere on the listing. That was disappointing. The staff was okay, but there were sketchy looking people roaming the parking lot and hanging out in the lobby, several talking to the receptionist like they were friends. There was no key card required to use the elevator, which made me feel like anyone could be wandering the halls or waiting for an opportunity. It did not feel like a safe/secure place, which is a big deal when you are traveling alone for work and are coming back from shifts exhausted. I didn’t feel comfortable staying at that location again because of this.

This is an old run down motel. It should not have the name Comfort Inn, if you wish to maintain your reputation.

Nice clean hotel.

Not the best area, but it’s a great place to stay, there’s a convenience store and McDonald’s a few steps away, plus tons of other restaurants, Old Chicago, Red Lobster within walking distance. Hotel is in great shape, pool open, front desk is nice, on every shift. Great place, and I stay in lots of them. Also breakfast is ready when they say it will be.

Excellent suite gave us lots of room. Nice bath. Good choices on breakfast bar.

Have been there many times. They are always very kind and professional.

This property would not allow my family to stay, they say we live within 60 miles of the property and refused us a room. We had already paid through Expedia. Getting another room at another hotel was a nightmare.
