Convenient location in the charming town of Ciutadella. Elegant, comfortable and spacious rooms. And the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast is delivered in a basket to your room, and special requests were taken into consideration.

The suite was so beautiful and the managers were very helpful. The morning breakfast baskets were wonderful to start the day with.

Great location in middle of old town ( you can’t drive there). Very quiet. Rooms made up each day. Reception staff are Really helpful.

Being really picky, the terrace was a bit near to another terrace.

The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. The flat was cozy and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchen that was essential for our special dietary needs. They even adjusted our breakfast to accommodate our requirements, which was wonderful. The location is very central, yet the place is quiet. Parking can be tricky, but to be honest, it’s challenging everywhere in the city.

The only inconvenience was the cleaning schedule, which typically occurred around lunchtime. This required us to adjust our plans slightly. There was one instance where our room was skipped, but they cleaned it in the afternoon. It wasn’t a major issue, but something to keep in mind.
