Ryad molto carino, arredato con stile. Terrazza panoramica dove abbiamo fatto la colazione. Colazione Ottima, abbondante e buonissima. Abbiamo usufruito anche del servizio lavanderia e in poche ore avevamo vestiti puliti, asciutti e piegati. Consigliato!

Bardzo pomocny personel. Z uwagi na problem na parkingu zewnętrznym, udostępniono nam prywatny garaż . Ponieważ korzystaliśmy na końcu grudnia 2025 i było zimno , bardzo doceniliśmy nagrzany pokój oraz gorącą herbatę z marokańskimi słodyczami podaną przy zameldowaniu do pokoju. Bardzo czysto w pokoju

Wir waren 2 Nächte hier haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zimmer war sauber und wir hatten eine Heizung was bei dieser Jahreszeit super ist. Frühstück war super und ausreichend...Können wir auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Danke für den schönen Aufenthalt

Decorations.

Hosts are not honest. We ordered room with specific description, with balcony and separate rest area for 4 persons, we got lower quality room for 2 ppl. When we pointed that out, at the reception we were told to cancel the order if we do not like the room. The order was without cancelling option, we refused to cancel but we told we will publish the review. The next morning hosts cancelled our order as if we did not arrive, but we've spent the night at the lication. We were 4 ppl., the room was prepared for 2 ppl only. With 2 sets of towels, etc. Before arriving hosts asked us on Booking when do we arrive. We gave the timing and they wrote us "welcome", then when we arrived, they ignored us at the door for about half an hour, not opening it when we were ringing. Reception is wirking 7/24. Very unpleasant overall experience like nowhere else in Morroco. Btw, medina is in about 2 km away to go up the hill.
