The breakfast was pretty good. Room was clean and fairly comfortable.

The hot tub could have been hotter, Most of the staff were friendly and helpful except one desk clerk was snarky and not very nice.

"great location for birding at Malheur, well-cared-for facility, great staff"

very nice, basic eggs and sausage with hot coffee and juice, toast, nice space. the rooms were clean and the heating was great. lots of parking, wi-fi was fine.

"Good stop in Burns."

Clean and comfortable. The receptionist was helpful, and recommended good restaurants for us.

Our toilet didn’t flush well. The staff never really came to deal with it. A plunger was probably all that we would need………
