Abbiamo soggiornato nel monolocale a piano terra e la camera matrimoniale ha la finestra su un ingresso chiuso. C era un forte odore di umidità e muffa al soffitto che ha reso poco piacevole la nottata. Per il resto tutto molto funzionale e curato. Locali puliti. Aria condizionata funzionante.

It was a great apartment. Near is the beach, small shop for food, a bar. Had everything we needed.

There is a busy street near, it can get loud in the morning. But it didn’t ruin our stay.

Cleanliness: The apartment was very clean, and both the bathroom and kitchen were fully functional and well equipped. ​Convenient Amenities: The Wi-Fi worked well, and having a washing machine available was a great plus. ​Luggage Storage: The hosts were kind enough to let me store my suitcase there for free after check-out, which was very nice. ​Proximity to the Lake: The location is close to the lake, and the hosts themselves seemed like lovely people.

Unacceptable Noise Levels: This is the loudest accommodation I have ever stayed in. It sits directly next to a busy street and a roundabout with zero sound isolation. Cars and motorbikes roared past from around 6:00 AM until midnight so loudly it felt like they were inside the room. I could also hear the upstairs neighbours perfectly and other guests struggling with the poorly functioning door locks. ​No Privacy or Natural Light: The room is on street level. To prevent passersby from looking directly inside, I had to keep the curtains closed at all times, making the space feel like a dark hole. ​The Power Outlet Nightmare: Not a single electric device was plugged in when I arrived. I actually had to move the entire refrigerator just to plug it in, and the TV did not work at all. There was not a single free socket in the room, forcing me to unplug the floor lamp just to charge my phone. ​No Real Bed: For the price of this accommodation, sleeping on an uncomfortable sofa bed instead of a real bed is unacceptable. ​Empty Kitchen: Despite having the cookware to prepare meals, there were absolutely no basic amenities provided—not a single grain of salt, no spices, no tea bags, and no coffee. ​Terrible Communication & No Reception: There is no official reception. When I arrived, I could not find the entrance and tried contacting the hosts multiple times via calls and messages, but not a single one was answered. ​No Outdoor Space: There is no balcony or terrace to step outside. Conclusion: It was the exact opposite of a peaceful stay. I will never go back and cannot recommend it to anyone.

Fica muito próximo do ponto de barcos caso seu interesse for conhecer outras cidades do Lago di como através do transporte público. Se seu interesse é ficar por lá mesmo também vale muito a pena. local tranquilo, com vista para o lago e fácil acesso as regiões de “praia”.

Obiekt jest w porządku, jeśli chodzi o czystość i cenę za nocleg. Na plus że w obiekcie jest wyposażenie takie jak podaje opis czyli, suszarka do włosów, żelazko itd.

Jest bardzo głośno, okna na ulicę przez które w nocy było słychać każdy hałas, bez zatyczek jest bardzo ciężko. Sofa rozkładana w pomieszczeniu z kuchnią, bardzo nie wygodna. Ciężko się spało. Trzeba brać to pod uwagę jednak patrząc na cenę za nocleg nie można liczyć na idealne warunki.
