Quality Inn & Suites Richburg I-77

We stopped here for the night heading to Florida and so glad we did. From the moment we walked in until we left anything we needed they were right there for us. Hats off to Brandi - this girl needs a big fat raise, and she need recognized as an outstanding person, and her professionalism goes far beyond what you would expect. Thank you Brandi with the I, you rock young lady. Keep up the good work.

Nice Quality Inn, plenty of places for dining and getting gas around. Staff was friendly, clean room, heater/A.C. control panel cover there, broken though. Breakfast well stocked. Not sure about big rig parking. I would come back here.

We stayed here while driving north from Florida, needing a pet friendly room. The location was very easy to access. There were some restaurants across the road and many fast food places and gas stations near by making it a great road stop. I appreciated having a ground floor room and thought that the laminated floors made much more sense for a room allowing pets versus a carpet. The decor was dated with many scratches and dents on the furniture, a broken switch plate in the bathroom, etc. I guess it is typical to not update pet friendly rooms. However, guests with pets also appreciate and pay for comfortable surroundings. Our $25 pet fee should take care of any extra cleaning. The room appeared clean, but there were a few spider webs in the corners of the bathroom and some dead potato bugs in one of the corners next to the couch. We too had one of the peeping Tom rooms, with curtains five inches shorter than the bottom of the window. The bathroom was good sized and the manufactured shower enclosure was new. The lobby was appealing and the hallways were clean. The staff was welcoming. The pool was empty at this time but the work out room looked nice. The breakfast was typical of the chain with good coffee. Choices were a bit picked over by 8:30. Overall, an average stay recommended for convenience.

The hotel staff was very attentive. We only stayed one night, but room was clean, bed was comfortable and breakfast was good. If we come back this way, I would definitely stay here again. I had booked online and didnt think about room location. When we arrived, we found out it was on 2nd for. Due to the fact I have some health issues, my wife asked if we could have 1st for. We got a room on 1st flr not too far from front desk.

I had a ground floor room, #145, located at the very end of the hotel, in the back, next to the exit door. My room was nice except for one issue. The drapes were about five inches too short for the window. Being on the ground floor, it would have been very easy for anyone to walk around to my window and look in, especially since my window faced the woods. I heard the desk clerk tell someone in front of me that they were booked so I figured asking to move to another room was out of the question. I improvised by taking the ironing board out of the closet and using it to block the lower part of the window. I showed the photo of the drapes to the clerk when I checked out. There wasn't much of a response from her, mostly just a mumbled something about getting someone to take a look at it. The free breakfast was horrible. Rubbery eggs and "sort of" sausage, plus they were out of regular coffee when I tried to get a cup. I ended up going across the street to McDonald's.

Well priced, friendly welcoming Brandi at the front desk, and we were thrilled that the hotel was quiet and the linens were good and the pillows, especially, were great! Well located across the street from two restaurants.

Locared just off I 77.This Hotel was clean quiet and comfortable.The front desk lady was very helpfull as well.There is no elevator so we took a ground floor room.Rooms also have safes.The Breakfast is typical of Road Hotels and the wifi was fast and easy to connect.I would stay here again.

The check in process was completed by a friendly front desk clerk. The facility is surprisingly clean and well maintained. We were given a room on the first floor, nice! The king size bed was firm and comfortable. The in room heating/cooling system was quite and maintained the selected temperature quite well. The free breakfast was sufficient, I chose scrambled eggs and sausage and was disappointed to find no biscuits and sausage gravy. Other cold breakfast cereals and waffles were available. The coffee was disappointing with an odd taste I couldn’t pinpoint. I would stay at this hotel again and pay for breakfast across the street at “Country Omelet”

We stayed n the ground floor. There doesn’t appear to be an elevator. It was a clean, basic king room as requested. It was clean and had the promised fridge and microwave. After unpacking, we realized the heat was not worth working, the young lady at the front desk quickly moved us to another room, which was a hassle, but the right thing they do. The new room was a handicapped room, which generally i don’t like, but this one was good. Breakfast the next day was good, with the basic eggs, sausage, and waffles. There were instant grits and instant confirmation oatmeal. Also there was cereal, yogurt, assorted juices bagels, and pastries. Every time I made a request at the front desk, she handled it promptly. All in all, good basic lodging at a reasonable price. There was a low bug count; we saw one stnkbug, one grown roach (almost dead), and one baby roach, so we made sure to take food trash to the can out front in case there were more.
