"I will never go back to this property"

Nothing

The room was disgusting, there was a huge water bug crawling on the curtains in my room. The staff was extremely rude. Nothing was four star about the hotel.

The young lady at the desk was very apologetic on the room, and explained that they didn't have another room like we had asked for.

Carpet was stained all over, mattress was stained on top and underneath, and freezer was frozen shut ! I have stayed in a hotel that actually had a couple of bullet holes in door and wall, that was cleaner then this was. We didn't stay here ! We left and got another hotel a little way down the road. Almost forgot the fire detector was wrapped in a plastic bag so it wouldn't have worked properly either ! Will not be staying at another Quality Inn anytime in near future !
