Good living space

Staff was rude and very incompetent. Communication was very poor. When I reported a broken door handles, I was insulted. It's very shocking. No extra bin bags. There was only 1 toilet roll for 8 people. Very noisy community.

Not much

The smoke alarm didn’t shut up The bathroom tap was loose The shower on the top floor was stuck on the hottest temperature There was a letter through the door acknowledging threatening and anti social behaviour on the street It was like benefits street There is no way the place passes building regs There was no ironing board The iron that was there was black We had to sort the boiler out because the hot water wasn’t on. The floor boards on the top landing are dangerous The decorating all other the property looked like stevie wonder did it.

not enough crockery and some parts eg shower not perfectly clean. stained carpet in living room

The front door had a lock

Theres mold in the corners of the room and windows, its disgusting. The carpet was so stained and smelled like it had never been cleaned. Not fit for humans to stay in, i wouldn’t let my dog stay there

The cost and that was about it. Both bedrooms had a double bed and two single beds so with the settee could sleep 9 comfortably which might be good for stag or hen do’s on a budget as it is near city centre and has parking outside the property on the street.

St Hilda is a rundown area in Leeds with back to back houses. There were fag butts and rubbish bags out front of the property not giving a good first impression. The carpets downstairs need cleaning.

Environment not so good, quite a lot fly and insects inside and outside of house. Quite old, a bit dirty in the kitchen and bathrooms.
