A large busload of teenagers were staying the night.they were slamming doors and running in the hall most of the night.

This was my first stay at a Holiday Inn Express by IHG and I have already become a new member. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed and linen, the 'cool' little specialties like the extra movable table that even adjusts the height for your needs! (Perfect for my extra bed-side table!) Their breakfast was fantastic, and if you missed it, there is a great little retail area next to the 24/7 front desk. I was most impressed by the kindness and warmth of the two Front Desk Staff Members, Shawn/Sean(?sp) on Day One, and Lisa on Day Two. Shawn with his sweet & energetic personality, which fit me perfectly, and Staff Member Lisa, a smart professional & kind advocate for my critical health care needs at that time.

Let's see..... It was difficult when I found out you are a "No Cash" facility since I was there in a terrible and emergency situation.... including a jumbo Storm outside. But I am up to speed with digital assets and the Blockchain Network, so all is well. Also, I am a lightweight and the door into the room is a bit heavy to hold while moving with a luggage cart. However I am pleased that it is solidly secure!
