Bed. Spaciousness of the apartment.

The washing machine was dirty so we had to clean it ourselves. Also wish there was a dryer. And missed having an air conditioning unit

Great accommodation for 4 people, with a great living space and 2 bathrooms was an added bonus

No air conditioning. We didn’t have to worry about the access to the property when we arrived as luckily the cleaners were there.

This is a very nice apartment. Short walk to the car parking facilities. Easy walk to the beach or the town centre (a bit further). Supermarket very nearby. Good wifi too!

Key pick up application did not work, had to ring for the door to be opened remotely. Freezer door was a bit loose. Children's amusements very close by, would have preferred it quieter.

Great location, clean and nice

Difficult to park the car and initial communication

The two-bedroom 1st floor (with lift) apartment with (overlooked) terrace at Nafarroa Plaza in Gros is spacious, comfortable, clean and well-appointed. It’s close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars and cafes, all within easy reach, five minutes walk to the beach and 15 minutes walk to the old and new towns across the river - where most of the Donostia-San Sebastian action is. There is a bus stop nearby with frequent local buses into the centre and other places of interest (1.85 euro flat rate per trip). Nafarroa Plaza is a lively social community gathering place and noise can go on into the night which is audible inside the apartment. While we were staying there was major and noisy (and possibly long term) road/ground works adjacent to the apartment which began around 7.30am and continued until after 5pm, which we were not informed about in advance by the staff at Feel Free and which detracted from our overall experience. Access to the property was also problematic because downloading the required App was not straightforward for us. Only after speaking to several different staff members, and them ruling out meeting us on site to overcome the problem, did they offer to open up remotely from their office.

Holiday accommodation in Donostia-San Sebastian is expensive compared to much of the rest of Spain. Road works and social noise from the Plaza was audible and intrusive. Feel Free Staff we communicated with, in my view, were not prepared to do anything extra and in person to overcome difficulties. I found their attitude to be complacent.

The location and size of the apartment was great. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and to have the doors and windows open was very noisy. There was a fan which worked as it wasn't too hot in June. I can imagine in July or August it would be uncomfortable. Beds were great and space was amazing.
