The hotel reception was good and the check-in process was smooth. My stay was very short, only one night, and I mainly used the room for sleeping after returning late at night before traveling again.

There was confusion between this hotel and another one because the addresses were unclear on the app. I changed to this hotel due to its airport location. Although I booked through Booking.com for loyalty reasons, I was informed after check-in and payment that breakfast was not available as advertised. This disrupted my travel plans, and I had to travel for seven hours without food despite being diabetic. It was a difficult experience due to the mismatch between the advertised services and reality Did the property meet your expectation ? No. Basic services did not meet my expectations. Even drinking water was not available in the room, although tea and coffee were provided.”

"Not at the airport"

We were only there for a few hours before our flight, the room was clean, large and comfortable. The food in the restaurant was delicious and came with vegetables which seemed to be a rarity in Canada, the lady serving was very friendly.

We had to wait 45 mins in the cold outside the airport for the hotel pickup service. The transfer service was prompt the next morning.

Easy booking, it's close to everything. A bit pricey, but clean, nice staff, not noisy at all.
