"Expected a better experience"

The staff at reception and housekeeping were helpful and very prompt

It is very outdated property which definitely needs a redo. They’ve shown on their website that they have Magic Show, Pottery and Horse riding- none of which was functional. Breakfast was okay with live counter only for egg (nothing for vegetarians). There were cockroaches in the washroom. Outdoor play area for kids also requires work

The rooms were clean and well maintained The breakfast menu had a lot of options. Options for recreational activities were good. The property overall is well maintained.

The breakfast menu could have had a live dosa counter. The sports room should be temperature controlled and ventilated. In the peak summer season it's unbearable to sit is a stuffed room.

The resort staff is welcoming and cheerful Fantastic location and restaurant has very tasty food

The open restaurant used used for breakfast has many flies so hygiene compromised Room Tariff on higher side can be moderated
