"We had a comfortable stay."

The welcome at reception was pleasant, but it would have been helpful to tell us that the key card is also used to access the electricity in the room !

Having a plug in the bathroom sink that worked should have been standard . We called an assistant to remove the plug as it was stuck fast , but it also didn't hold water in the basin anyway.
