Room was nice....omfortable, spacious. Only complaint was a black bug crawling on bed pillow as we were getting ready the next morning!! Glad we didn't see it during the night! Manager very apologietic. Breakfast was good!

"Rude staff! Hot Tub not working properly! Property needs cleaned up!"

It was close to the zoo.

The hot tub was colder than the pool! Staff had the pool side door propped open and was drinking alcohol on the patio area! At breakfast people were making their plates a staff member came and started throwing food away, shut off the waffle maker while a young girl was making her waffle, also turned off the juice machine! We left the breakfast area mind you this was at 8:45 am went back up to our room and our room keys had been deactivated check out isn’t till 11am when I went down to ask to get back into our rooms the lady was very rude!! We will not be staying at any more of there properties!!

Very slow elevator that worked 75% of the time. 30 minutes after checking in, another family was given keys to our same room. This made made me nervous and on edge all weekend.
