Nous avons aimé l'accueil chaleureux et les bons conseils. Emplacement idéal, superbe vue sur la médina depuis la terrasse et très bon petit-déjeuner. Nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Leider sehr hellhörig. Frühstück gibt es ab acht. Wenn jemand in der Lobby sitzt hört man im ersten Stock jedes Wort.

Tolles Riad. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Dachterasse ist ein Traum. Das Personal ist sehr gastfreundlich und jederzeit behilflich bei Fragen oder Problemen. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Die Lage ist optimal, ruhig aber direkt in der Medina.

We had a truly wonderful stay in Fes, and a big part of that was thanks to Kenza. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcome and cared for. She was attentive, thoughtful, and always available to answer our questions. Communication was effortless throughout our stay, and we always felt well looked after. The place itself is fantastic, especially the rooftop terrace with its stunning views over Fes. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the atmosphere of the city. The location could not have been better – easy to find and right by the main street in the medina, which made it very convenient to explore. There is also a nearby viewpoint just a short walk away, where you can watch the sunset over the city. The breakfasts were delicious, with fresh bread, eggs, pancakes, and coffee or tea – a great way to start the day. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Fes.

The room was clean and the host Kenza was very pleasant and accommodating.

The pillows can be improved by using real down feather pillows.
