Private 2 level 2 bedroom Villa with access to pool, with full equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, wifi and ideal for families with children. communication with administrator was efficient who was also available at all times.

The property is tastefully decorated and it is well equipped with everything that you could possibly need. The outdoor communal areas are also comfortable and inviting. The staff at the apartments are very attentive and friendly. Our host Raimondo was very prompt with in answering any queries that we may have. Even though the water went off in the apartment for about 30 hours I am still giving this apartment a great score. When the water went off it was a Sunday morning and no plumber was prepared to come out and look at the problem until Monday morning which is probably why the issue went on for as long as it did. However, being a previous landlord myself, I understand that unexpected and unwanted issues do crop up at the most inconvenient times. Nobody wants there to be a problem and as far as I am aware this had never happened before. However, what is important is how you manage problems when they do occur. Raimondo made sure that we were fully updated during the situation and he allowed us to use a neighbouring apartment to shower and get water. As a result, I would happily stay here again and would have no hesitation in recommending this property to other people. It is a lovely place to stay and I know that you will be looked after should you encounter any issues.

We were really glad that we decided to stay here instead of a hotel. It was very quiet, clean, and comfortable. The location is very convenient; there is a small shop right across the street, and it only takes 10 minutes to get to the malls. There are also lots of restaurants, cafes, and stores just a few minutes away. After walking around all day, it was so nice to come back to the place and relax in the swimming pool and on the roof top terrace. The bed was incredibly comfortable too! We highly recommend staying in this rental.

A great place to stay, 20-25 min to downtown by car but in a quiet and safe hood, upscale construction, pool for kids.
