Ok hotel but room wasn’t cleaned in three days and wasn’t told we needed to ask for it to be cleaned

Pleasantly surprised by the amenities!

Please be aware that making a reservation with this hotel is extremely shady. I have been trying for days to cancel a reservation, that per terms not shared with me, must be cancelled with the actual hotel. The problem is that this hotel does not answer their phone or provide an email address with your reservation. Three escalated representatives at Comfort Inn's 1-800 number could not reach them. It took 45 minutes on the phone between being on hold and talking to several departments to cancel at this particular Comfort Inn. I will also point out that if there was an emergency and the hotel needed to be reached, it is not an option because in my experience, they do not answer their phone.

The hotel was fine. I have rated it so low because they charged me a no-show for the first night even though I had modified the reservation - and they refuse to do anything about it.

As above, they charged me a no-show even though I had modified the reservation in a timely manner. And when I showed up the next day, they never mentioned the no-show charge which we could have sorted out then and there. I sent them the email from booking.com confirming the modification, but they refused to do anything about it. And when booking.com finally got around to calling them about it, they denied charging me a no-show, later claiming that they were looking at another reservation. IMHO, terrible customer service, only exceeded by booking.com's Update: They did eventually give me a refund for the no-show, but didn't refund the $15 in taxes - still pretty lame, imho.

Clean, beautiful outdoor sitting areas, family friendly

When we arrived it turns out I had booked the wrong dates as a few things had been moved around on our trip. The staff was very understanding and was able to correct the dates and scores us a room with no issues. The area is very pretty.
