Entire facility smelt like rotten eggs, pool/pool room temp was freezing

nothing ,the hotel was dirty,room wasn't clean, bed linens were stained with blood and other body fluids ,bathroom was not clean ,no towels, room and hotel stunk. would not recommend ,and staff never apologized nor offered to refund for stay! disgusting,dirty,unfit ,and should be shut down closed !

NADA. only positive was That I was refunded my money through a3rd party without an issue. Thank you.

The manager (or front desk man) taking extensive time to check us in. Patiently, we called the front desk from the front desk, he answered, we said we are here to check in, he said okay and we still waited another 5 minutes. We get a key and walk into an OCCUPIED room! So many scenarios and problems I have with that. As well as the person who was staying in it. Tried again, finally in an unoccupied room, still smelling paint and materials, the beds felt like barbed wire and springs! The plastic cloth covered lamps were broken with pieces missing underneath. Refreshing. Not. So, We left right away. I called about a refund (which was returned without issue, Ty for that) but the man who tended to us lied to booking.com about the information we relayed for a refund.. no cool. Never again.

I didn't like the fact that the Internet didn't probably. was at qulity in in Kalamazoo with my three kids and puppy and we checked in at midnight and it took a while to check in because there system was not working very well . and we had went up to the room and went to bed but we sleeped top of the made bed that night . Then I got up with my daughter to take her to the school for testing . I came back and had breakfast that was the only good thing that was there I am telling u because to say that when I pulled back the bead sheets I found bed bugs all over and stains on the covers and the mattress. I went down after I told the kids to pack up and were leaving . The guy at the front desk told me I can't check u out and I can give u refund because it's passed 11 am and I said I want my money back he said no can't it passed 11 am I can't I said here are pictures to proof that I have bed bugs and he said no that not b true and I did yes it is I have proof and said I still can't give ur money back I said by and u will be here in from my lawyer and I left. I just say that nobody needs to stay here because even the pool looks bad and nobody was in it and everything was just bad the only good thing about it was breakfast.
