The location and the big room we always get for a family of 4.

They only had 3 towels for 4 people. We would have to use one towel and return it to get a clean one for the 4th person to use. The 2 day we were there they ran out of toilet paper and gave us cleanex tissue to use as toilet paper so we had to go out and buy our own. The breakfast is taken care by the front desk because they did away with their cafeteria staff. People constantly had to go advise the front desk that some breakfast items had run out. The morning lady at the front desk needs training on dealing with people.

Ya no hay tanta variedad como en otras ocasiones. Estaban muy reducidas las opciones y para las 8:00 am ya no habia yogurt ni fruta ni harina de wafles.

El olor a humedad del hotel y del cuarto, la bañera con óxido, el baño del lobby sin limpiar, la lámpara parpadeando en el pasillo, el desayuno sin variedad

The property close proximity to lots of shopping areas and Restaurants.

I didn’t like the parking lot was fairly small. The room actually smelled when we walked in had to buy air fresheners to help with the stench. The chair in the room was stained and old not a good sight to see as you walk into the hotel room.
