Ice machine not working and no free water, breakfast area water turned off and told, "you need to buy water", no microwaves in room

I don’t want my review to reflect the front desk as they were as helpful as they could be within their means, but management lacked any sense of concern about what goes on with the tenants. I slept in filthy sheets the first night and when I asked for them to be changed I was met with an empty promise of housekeeping showing up. I was then given the fitted sheet to change it myself. When I removed the stained fitted sheet I found even more yellow stains underneath accompanied by blood spots on the pad between the sheets and mattress. It’s cheap to stay here because it’s old, raggedy and dated. I didn’t used to mind it as I’ve stayed here multiple times, but being old doesn’t mean you have to be dirty and gross. No quiero que mi reseña refleje al personal de recepción, ya que fueron tan serviciales como pudieron dentro de sus posibilidades, pero la administración careció de cualquier sentido de preocupación por lo que ocurre con los inquilinos. Dormí en sábanas sucias la primera noche y cuando pedí que las cambiaran, me dieron una promesa vacía de que llegaría el servicio de limpieza. Después me entregaron la sábana ajustable para que la cambiara yo misma. Al quitar la sábana ajustable manchada, encontré aún más manchas amarillas debajo, acompañadas de manchas de sangre en el protector entre las sábanas y el colchón. Es barato hospedarse aquí porque es viejo, deteriorado y anticuado. Antes no me molestaba, ya que me he quedado aquí varias veces, pero ser viejo no significa que tenga que ser sucio y desagradable.
