La struttura è deliziosa, ristruttrata con una cura al millimetro. Gli spazi sono limitati di necessità, quindi, ad esempio, il mio bagno era molto piccolo, ma sfruttati alla perfezione, con grande gusto e attenzione. Lo staff mi è venuto incontro in ogni modo, informandosi sull'orario di arrivo e fornendo informazioni su come arrivare e come raggiungere la mia sede di lavoro, nonché sull'anticiparmi un filo la colazione per consentirmi di farla pur dovendo uscire molto presto. Il massimo del 'sentirsi accolti e aiutati' è stato quando, nell'uscire a cena, ho scoperto che si era messo a piovere ma avevo lasciato l'ombrello in camera e... ho trovato degli ombrelli della struttura pronti per gli ospiti. Piccole, ma grandi cose! Colazione gustosissima varia!

A me nulla, sicuramente va tenuto presente che, visti il palazzo in pieno centro storico, gli spazi hanno delle limitazioni oggettive, superate però al meglio
